The Residence Index is an independent expert index of Phuket property — not a listings catalogue. We describe homes at the level of data: prices, yields, tenure, a "15-minute" score to key amenities, and an honest look at the strengths and trade-offs of every project and developer.

Phuket's market is full of shop-windows where everything is "the best" and "unique". We do the opposite: verify the facts, show the weak points alongside the strong, and give buyers data they can rely on rather than marketing.

Verified Phuket projects and developers — condominiums and villas, ready and under construction — with prices, delivery status, yields and analysis. The site is built to expand to other cities and countries; today the focus is Phuket.
